Condoleezza "Condi" Rice is an American diplomat, political scientist, civil servant, and professor who is the current director of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. Rice served as the 66th United States secretary of state from 2005 to 2009 and as the 20th national security advisor from 2001 to 2005. In a recent interview on The View about Critical Race Theory(CRT) being taught in American schools, Rice said, "What we don’t do is make... 10-year-olds feel that they are somehow bad people because of the color of their skin."

Derrick Bell developed the idea of CRT. He argued, generally, that we must question liberal foundational concepts such as the quest for Civil Rights, legal equality, and Constitutional neutrality, because white supremacy will prevent these social constructs from transforming the social conditions of FBAs and provide them with equality and justice.

It is important to remember that Foundational Black Americans (FBA) are exceptional people. The FBA people of the United States, the descendants of Black Native Americans and former chattel slaves, are the oldest living ethnic group in the history of the United States. This results, from the fact that our FBA ancestors have lived in the United States before the founding of the U.S.A. and the writing of the U.S. Constitution.

Master researcher, Dr. Clyde Winters challenges Rice's ideology and why CTR should be considered teachable in American School systems.
